BGT is excited to announce our launch as a growing psychotherapy small group practice of highly competent providers. We are trying to do things differently. Specifically: a workplace that infuses mutual aid values and practices throughout its business and relational frameworks, and is boldly committed to building sustainable conditions to provide quality Care Work within for providers, which of course also benefits clients. A unique vision made possible by not being owner-profit driven.

Slow onboarding process, and slower build of caseload are transparently the biggest challenges to joining this practice as it’s currently resourced right now. This practice is best for providers non-urgently looking for a long term home-base and/or providers with established caseloads looking to re-home.

Job details: W2 employee. 65/35 split. Flexible hours/scheduling. Supervision included. Solid benefits package for full time providers.
Requirements: Provisionally or fully licensed to provide psychotherapy in North Carolina or Pennsylvania.
Ideal candidates have literacy & competency in working with marginalized populations with a developed power analysis; are oriented toward relational/psychodynamic, harm reduction, liberation based modalities; are neuro affirming and trauma informed.
