This practice is best for therapists who are looking for a long term home-base and/or for therapists with established caseloads looking to re-home.

Currently our therapists’ caseloads are full or nearly filled. We are open to brining in 1-2 good fit therapists in with availability to take on immediate client referrals.

  • Job details: W2 employee, commission based. 65/35. Flexible hours/scheduling. Supervision included. Solid benefits package, tiered based on weekly client thresholds.

  • Requirements: Provisionally or fully licensed to provide psychotherapy in North Carolina or Pennsylvania.

  • Ideal candidates have literacy & competency in working with diverse populations with a developed power analysis; are oriented toward relational/psychodynamic, harm reduction, liberation based modalities; are neuro affirming and trauma informed.
