Adjunct Psychotherapist Program

Adjunct Psychotherapist Program

A resource-sharing model of employment for Private Practice Therapists to access workplace benefits!

BGT is excited to announce our new resource-sharing project. The Adjunct Psychotherapist Program was created with solo private practice clinicians in mind, particularly the unpartnered therapists, the solo parents, disabled therapists or anyone without the privilege of having access to common workplace benefits.

Separate from BGT’s Psychotherapy Group Collaborative, where providers are fully integrated into BGT’s branding, the Adjunct Psychotherapist Program is designed to especially preserve your professional autonomy and the private practice you’ve worked so hard to build.

The Adjunct Psychotherapist Position functions not as your primary source of income, but your primary source of benefits.
